- Packaging: All prints are shipped in protective sleeves with a sturdy backing board to prevent bending or damage.
- Free shipping: Available on orders over €80.
Returns & Exchanges
- Original artworks: Non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
- Prints: Returns accepted within 14 days if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- How to proceed:
- Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage.
- A refund or replacement will be issued (depending on availability).
- Please note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or damage caused after delivery.
